Two Ways to Return:

- Bring your item(s) and let an employee check them.
- Items must be: unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and returned within 30 days of receiving.
- Once approved, choose a full refund or an exchange for another item.

- Make sure to state what you are returning, reason, and/or exchanging
- Ship to: 9542 W Emerald St Suite 105, Boise, ID 83704
- Customer pays return shipping (no label provided).
- Items must meet the same condition requirements.
- After approval and inspection, we’ll process your refund or exchange.
Out-of-State Customers
Return by Shipping Only
- Make sure to state what you are returning, reason, and/or exchanging

- Customer pays return shipping (no label provided).
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags, and returned within 30 days.
- Once approved and received, we’ll issue your refund or send a replacement.
Exceptions / non-returnable items : Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom embroidered items (such as putting names on items or business apparel), also items that we don’t have in stock yearly (such as custom orders and business apparel). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges ; The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
